It’s a known fact, smaller = more cute. It’s just one of those laws a nature like gravity, conservation of mass, and always getting stuck in traffic when you really need to pee. I saw a can of pineapple rings in my pantry over the weekend and was struck with the idea of Pineapple Upside-down Cake, but almost immediately on the heels of that though came it idea to miniaturize it into cupcakes. Now, I think new and original ideas are a dying species, so I wasn’t surprised to see after a quick check of the Googles, that there are lots of other people who’ve thought about shrinking this awesome dessert too!
